Resale Certificates

We invite sellers to send a signed, fully completed resale certificate to wholesale@everybody.world.

Be sure to read the instructions on the form and include all required fields. Incomplete resale certificates will not be processed and may hold up your application being approved.

For your convenience we've provided blank and multi-state resale certificates below, pre-filled with Everybody.World’s information.

The Buyer name of your form must match the company name on your wholesale account application and resale license. Only complete the "Multi-State Uniform Resale Certificate" if your company is registered in multiple states and/or orders are shipped to multiple states—if your state is not listed on a multi-state form, you cannot use it.
